Payments
For online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In the case of order cancellations due to potential issues with the order or stock problems, a refund will be processed to your credit card within 3 business days.
Delivery
We strive to dispatch the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the delivery time is up to 10 business days as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a potential delay in delivery.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of the product, please provide your daytime address as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the type of delivery you specified at the end of the order. Products from our company based in the United States will be shipped via PTT cargo service. Once your orders are approved, they will be handed over to the cargo company within a maximum of 2 (two) business days.
You can discuss different delivery conditions by consulting with our customer representative. Additionally, delivery services are only valid for Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to process the transaction due to an issue, our visitor will be informed of this situation on the payment page.
In case of an error with the specified address, the person responsible for the undeliverable order will be contacted.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitor is confirmed via an automatic email sent after the order transfer.
Regarding delivery, we are responsible not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.

Open and inspect packages that you believe may have been damaged during shipping in the presence of the company representative from whom you received them. If you suspect any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and file a report with the cargo company.
Once the product is received, it is assumed that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty, and in subsequent returns, the sender (customer) will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
If the product is damaged: Send the report you have prepared to the email address 19878gfb@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once we receive this information, we will begin working on your package and ensure that the delivery is redone as quickly as possible.
If you briefly explain in this email why you want to return the product, it will help us in processing the product.
